Asset Management.  Supported technical services executive director to manage and improve performance of around 100 internal and external technical, professional and administrative staff. Responsible for lean business process mapping, gap analysis, with customer excellence model improving stock of around 4,400 residential, and an £18 million budget for major works, repairs and maintenance of housing, infrastructure, community and shared facilities.
